Our goal is to breed high quality Hanoverian and Oldenburg Sporthorses that are suitable and affordable for the adult amateur.

We recently moved the horses to our place near Brenham, Texas. This place has a total of 40 acres, with 8 acres currently being used for the horses.   We have a lovely new barn with 6 stalls, a tack room, wash rack and, best of all, an apartment for the humans!  We also have an outdoor sand riding arena which is a bit of a "work in progress" but is currently serving us well.  Stage 1 of construction (horse safe fencing for the front pastures and completion of the barn/apartment) was finished in early 2007.  We are also done with Stage 2, which was to clear about 25 acres of woods and seed it for yard/pasture.  This area will be split between our house (about 10 acres for the house) and pasture (about 15 acres of pasture behind the house.)  Our house will be started in the summer of 2008 and we will make Brenham our permanent home by the fall of 2009.  (The humans are currently commuting between our house in College Station and the Brenham place.)

Below are some photos of the Brenham ranch.  The picture of the stalls is the view you have from the apartment door.  How great to look out and see our beloved horses!  (Okay, there are no horses in that photo.  We will have to rectify that soon and get a new picture!)
